Eric A. Loeffel

Eric A. Loeffel has over 15 years of business strategy, product development and executive-level operations experience with networking, infrastructure, and consumer software companies of various sizes.

Most recently, Loeffel was President and CEO of onQ where he developed the business strategy, built the management team, and doubled the size of this multi-facility semiconductor services company before selling the company to HIG Capital, a private equity firm. Prior to onQ, Eric Loeffel held various executive management positions at Intuit, Inc., including roles in business development, international business management, and product marketing. Loeffel was also an Associate with 3i Ventures in Menlo Park, CA where he focused on early-stage software investments.

Eric Loeffel received his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and earned his BS in Accounting from San Diego State University and is also a California CPA.

 Paul F. Groepler

Mr. Groepler has over 21 years of entrepreneurship, business strategy, design & development and executive-level operations experience with semiconductors(VLSI architecture and design), PC and workstation systems, wireless and consumer hardware & software companies of various sizes. Mr. Groepler has founded, or co-founded six successful startups, among them Technology Works, Healthway Interactive, Televentures, among others.

Most recently, Groepler was Founder and CEO of Alerta where he developed the business strategy, built the management team, and led the international effort of the services' beta roll-out in Mexico and the USA. Prior to Alerta, Paul Groepler held various management positions at Hughes Aircraft, Motorola, Dell, Sun Microsystems (Gmbh) and Daimler-Benz including roles in product design, business development, international business management, and product marketing. Mr. Groepler is also a Director with the Swiss-backed US&P Advisors under Helaba Investment Schweiz in Zurich Switzerland, where he focuses on both public and early-stage technology investments.

Paul Groepler received his BS in Computing Science with an Electrical Engineering option from Texas A&M University, and later decided to forego the completion of his MBA seeking instead to pursue the world of entrepreneurship.

   Michael M. Michigami

Michael M. Michigami, President of MMM Business Advisory Services, has over 25 years of industry experience in computing, networking telecommunications, and Internet companies.

Early last year, Michigami was COO of WebVision, Inc., a provider of Internet infrastructure and value-added professional services. Prior to that, he was President and COO of GetMedia, an e-commerce platform provider, allowing music radio stations to earn revenues while strengthening relationships with their listening audience.

Michigami has also been the CEO of three public companies: Electronic Associates, Inc., Digital Microwave Corporation, and Datapoint Corporation. He has also held senior management positions at United Technologies Corporation, General Electric Capital, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Texas Instruments, Inc. and Data General Corporation.

Michigami received an MBA in Corporate Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. degree in Psychology from Trinity College. He is a trustee of Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut and a member of several advisory boards.

 Jonathan Gilliam

Jonathan Gilliam currently serves Deloitte & Touche as the Business Development Manager over the firm's Austin Technology & Communications practice.

Before joining D&T, Gilliam founded Hush Communications Corporation (www.hushmail.com), an Internet security software company based in Dublin, Ireland, where he served as the company's President and Director. Jonathan Gilliam spent the five years before Hush in the technical recruiting and consulting business, eventually founding his own recruiting firm, the Adderley Group. He has a deep knowledge of recruiting and contracting issues and was one of the first recruiters to use Internet technology in candidate search and client service efforts.

After receiving his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Jonathan Gilliam graduated from the Rice University publishing program and later began a career in the software consulting business. He has appeared in numerous press articles, conferences, and international radio and television broadcasts as a speaker on high tech Internet security issues.
