	Developer: Learning systems The learning systems developer will work on developing distributed learning systems in a peer to peer network. Candidates should have completed graduate work in one or more of the following, or related, areas: AI, Math, Statistics, Distributed systems, or Cognitive Science/Psychology Developer: User Interface The UI developer will work on developing highly reliable and useable graphical interfaces for the Jomba peer to peer clients. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience developing user interfaces using visual basic, java/swing, or c++. Candidates should also have completed college work in one of the following, or related, areas: Engineering, Computer Science, Interaction design, Design, or Psychology.		Strategist: Domain expert for e-Recruiting The recruiting strategist will work with the platform product manager and recruiting marketing team to shape the recruiting product offering. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in the recruiting industry, the banking industry as an analyst of recruiting, or consulting where the focus of the practice was in compensation and hiring practices. Candidates are also preferred to have an MBA in management or HR. Strategist: Domain expert for auctions/exchanges The auctions/exchanges strategist will work with the platform product manager and auction/exchange marketing team to shape the auction/exchange product offering. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in the auction or business exchange industry, the banking industry as an analyst of auctions/exchanges, or consulting where the focus of the practice was in developing B2B exchanges or online auctions. Candidates preferably have a PhD in Economics or an MBA.
